Kim-Anh Patel has worked in the oil and gas industry for over ten years, first with ConocoPhillips before spinning off with Phillips 66 during the company split in 2012. Her past five years has been focused on growing and now leading the owned digital and social strategy for the US consumer motor fuel brands – Phillips 66, 76 and Conoco gas. She led the initiatives to build and launch social media presence and mobile apps, implemented a local listing management plan for boosted station visibility and brought more attention to data integrity within her organization. Kim-Anh recently acquired the Consumer Services team and now oversees any consumer questions, comments and complaints from all communication channels as well.
